Do you need someone to look at your computer and help you troubleshoot an issue? Well, sheesh, how do you do that? Well, Microsoft has made this pretty easy:
- Get Windows Live Messenger (http://get.live.com)
- IM your friend.
- From the Actions menu click Actions, then Request Remote Assistance.
- Let your friend control your computer and figure out the problem.
- Buy your friend dinner.
