Show your passion for the career you’ve entered. Remember, interviews are two-way streets. You want to impress them, but you also want them to impress *you* in how they’ll grow you. Show off a project you’re proud of. Explain what problems you solved and how you learned and evolved via that project. See if they reciprocate and provide feedback. Ask them how mentoring works, and how you can grow, and they’ll see a go-getter who’s motivated to learn and progress, and become even more of a team player and contributor. Good luck!
